Macs are lucky ones as Apogee’s debuts Gio USB guitar interface and controller for it, with this they are going a step beyond basic Garage Band and is fully compatible with Logic Studio 9 and Main Stage 2. It is so designed to give you Handsfree calling. This trendy device packs five Stomp box buttons, which are dynamically colour coded to match the software effects.
In addition to it there is plus five Transport control button, which are dynamically lit when they are engaged. It also includes a 1/4" instrument input, a 1/4" MIDI expression pedal input, a headphone jack and a USB hub. This device is set to launch in September and with a very reasonable price $395.
