The intensely competitive and already crowded memory module market is all set to get a new entrant. A-Data is making an officially entry in India partnering with IngramMicro. AData would offer pretty much a complete range of memory products like DRAM modules, SSD’s (solid state drives), Flash drives (pendrives) and memory cards. Transcend, Sandisk and Kingston are the already established in the market with Moser Baer, HP and others fighting to grab a piece of the market share.
Ingram Micro is a well known name in India with wide presence in distribution of technology products. Partnering with an established local player would certainly help A-Data push out its products with much more credibility and reach.
