Wouldn’t it be great if your infant could tell you when he is ill? You bet it would. With this incredible invention by a concerned dad, now your infant can communicate when he is ill. Well, at least his baby suit can.
The suit called Babyglows changes its colour when the infant’s body temperature goes high, giving you an early warning about future illness. The suit has been developed by Chris Ebejer. Chris has bagged a 12.5 million pound contract to manufacture 900,000 of these suits. He had to spend 700,000 pounds and it took him six years of research to develop heat-sensitive ink pigments that are used in this suit.
Heat is a sign of illness, like meningitis, and is one of the factor of cot death. The suit would turn white if your baby’s body temperature goes above 37°c. According to Chris, “Mothers are going to find these invaluable. The suit makes heat visible. It communicates where a baby can't”.
The suit will be launched this October, would be available at £20 and come in three colors pink, blue and green. WOW!
