Sprint / Palm have finally confirmed the arrival of the much awaited iPhone Killer - PRE on 6th June. Pre would retail for $199 with a 2 year contract @ $199, just like the 8GB Apple iPhone 3G (however this pricing is after you claim a $100 mail-in rebate, so this thing would cost you $299 cash for now). The plans for the Palm Pre on sprint starts at $70 pm.
Whats interesting is that the Palm Pre is debuting just 2 days before WWDC 09, where Apple is expected unveil the nextgen iPhone(s). Hope Palm Pre lives up to the hype. No international release dates announced yet.
